WHAT IS BODYFLOW?
During BODYFLOW an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Happy.
BODYFLOW is available as a either a 55, 45 or 30-minute workout.

Flexibility A 30-minute Yoga work-out focusing on posture, joint flexibility and range of motion to ensure better movement and injury prevention. Your instructor takes you through Sun Salutations, Balance, Hip Openers, Twists and Forward Bends to leave you feeling calm and centered.
Strength This 30-minute work-out combines Yoga and Pilates sequences to increase muscle tone, flexibility and core strength. Sun Salutations warm and work the whole body. Then we work on Standing Strength, Balance and Hip Openers. The core block applies Pilates principles of deep muscle activation to strengthen your abdominals and back. You’ll also burn calories and improve posture!
